Mako Paddle Safe / Self Rescue Stirrup
The Self Rescue Stirrup allows for a paddler to use another method to re-enter their kayak from deep water.
The submersible hi vis webbing ends with a leg loop stiffened with tubing to assist foot placement underwater. The 'Whetman branded Kraken karabiner is wrapped around the kayak and connected back onto itself and the length can be adjusted according to the depth required to create a step up for the casualty to climb back into the kayak.
